The layout of the hotel can be confusing with room numbers not following a logical order. Guests may find themselves wandering. There are also limited dining options, particularly for those seeking vegetarian or vegan meals, which could leave some feeling unfulfilled. Breakfast lacked freshness with low-quality orange juice that might ruin your morning vibe. Missing signs or menus can leave you guessing about what's on offer, especially for hot food choices. Late-night dining was disappointing, as the restaurant's atmosphere felt hurried, with no clear communication about what's available.

It's reasonably spacious good business hotel, everything is great here. The superior queen room is light and has an ironing set, an electronic key card and a work desk. The location is marvellous, 3 km from a Grade i listed parish church. It's short walk to Nottingham.

I had a lovely two-night stay over Christmas, enjoying the clean room with plenty of storage and a friendly atmosphere, while the hotel's prime spot makes it just a short stroll to West Park and the beautiful Attenborough Nature Reserve, perfect for my weekend city strolls.

It had good facilities in the bathroom: a shower and a hair dryer.

The property was fairly clean and enchanting.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfy rooms. The staff were helpful during my first stay, providing great tips about the area. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

The Novotel in Long Eaton reminded me of a cozy haven . The Superior Queen Room offered great comfort with a comfy bed and clean amenities. The staff were consistently friendly, especially during breakfast. They were eager to help with any requests. The 'Grab & Go' breakfast was a good surprise with fresh toasted bread and local jams that I couldn't get enough of. I also appreciated the enjoyable bar area. I faced some frustrations with limited vegan options on the menu at dinner. While the staff did their best to accommodate, it felt slightly lacking. Despite the dining hiccup, the overall experience remained positive, with efficient service and cozy settings.

Very good rooms all clean super shower area. With dog we were very welcome. We were all very enthusiastic.

The Novotel's 'Grab & Go' breakfast had me raving, especially the toasted bread and local jams! And don't even get me started on the lush bar area, perfect for sipping craft beers after a long day. The in-room dining options were a delight too!

The only bummer was the limited vegan options on the menu, but the staff did their best to whip up something special. Slightly frustrating but still had a solid meal!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! Delicious breakfast for English standards. Room large and well equipped. Bed comfortable. Free parking.

Cleanliness in the bathroom so lala.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend stopover in Long Eaton with all in all great value for money. The family room we had was decent enough, fitting a double and two additional beds. I recommend avoiding the breakfast, as the selection was quite limited and food took too long to arrive.

Since we used this hotel for the purpose of visiting relatives in the area our needs were probably different to 'tourists' to the region. It is very handy for the M1 and would be good if you wanted to visit Derby or Nottingham. The outdoor pool looked very inviting.
